Returns Policy
Maree Alexandra Studio accepts returns up to 14 days after the order is received by the customer. Returns are free to you. We offer one free exchange both ways.
If you are in need of a return, follow the instructions below for requesting a return through your customer profile. Or please email us at hello@mareealexandra.ca with your name, order number, and reason for return. If there are any issues requiring photo evidence please also include that.
If you are in need of an exchange and you live outside of Powell River, please email us at hello@mareealexandra.ca. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Maree Alexandra Studio with the shipping label you will be sent and once we receive the item we will send a new size back to you at our cost. We will cover one exchange in full. If for any reason the customer needs to send it back a second time it will be at their expense.
If you are in need of an exchange and you live in Powell River, please email us at hello@mareealexandra.ca. Customers who are local can drop the item off to our pickup location (address give upon request) or can discuss meeting elsewhere.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, goods must be unworn (tried on is an exception), clean and in brand new condition with tags accompanied or attached, and proof of purchase.
MAS cannot except the following items for return or exchange: Lingerie, bodysuits, underwear, swim bottoms, sale items, and custom items. The only exception is if the item is purchased in person and has not left the store/booth. This exception does not apply to custom items.
If you have read through these requirements and feel like you need a refund or exchange and your request does not qualify, please email us at hello@mareealexandra.ca with your grievance.
In the event that you would like an exchange but we are sold out of the item in question, a gift card or return may be issued.
Please keep your tracking numers. MAS is not responsible for lost packages.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. If you are exchanging, we will send out your item once we receive the original purchase in excellent condition.
